Jennifer K. Goss

Jennifer Goss is passionate about the development and destiny of women.  Raised predominately in the inner-city, in a single parent home, Jennifer knows the struggles and the challenges women and adolescent girls face.  For over a decade, Jennifer has implemented her youth program in the some of the most underprivileged areas of the United States.  She has also inspired countless women around the world in countries such as Jamaica, Indonesia and Brazil with her triumphant story.

As the founder and Executive Director of The 31 Project, Jennifer is dedicated to empowering and encouraging young women to capitalize on their potential.  Jennifer is extremely hands on

within the organization and personally mentors women and teens in various settings.  She is experienced in 1-on-1 counseling, trained in small group leadership and has graced the stage on numerous occasions to educate large audiences.   Jennifer’s gentle nature shines and encompasses everyone she comes in contact with. A natural leader, she is constantly teaching the importance of purity, diligence, self-esteem, education and serving others.  Jennifer strongly believes that anyone given proper love and ample opportunity can live their purpose and positively impact the lives of others.

Jennifer is a native of Southern California and is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where she received her degree in Sociology.  During her time at UCLA she spent incalculable hours researching the benefits of positive peer pressure and the life changing effects of mentor/mentee relationships. Jennifer taught Private School for several years before settling down in Johns Creek, GA with her husband of 15 years and their four loving children.

Jennifer is an active member of her community and enjoys spending time outdoors.  If she could ride a horse, sleep in a hammock, speak at a Global Leader's Summit, knit, eat guacamole and change someone’s life at the same time she would!
